Shipping & Return Policy

Domestic and International shipping is provided by UPS, Fedex, Canpar, DHL and Purolator. PO boxes are not accepted. The courier is selected based on which company will get your package to you the fastest.

Orders are shipped within 1-7 business days from the date of purchase. This may include express shipping.f

Lashforever Canada is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has been shipped. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with the customs charges and fees, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs charges and fees are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to our facility and you will not receive a refund of the shipping costs. 

If your order is refused/missed,or returned to sender – Lashforever Canada is not responsible to cover the cost of reshipping.

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when  Lashforever Canada  has shipped your order, please check the spam folder. Once shipping confirmation is confirmed,  Lashforever Canada is not liable if your package is lost, stolen or damaged.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact information. Please ensure you have items delivered to a location where you will be able to receive your package.

Damage or missing merchandise

If you order products that we do not have in stock, our fulfillment team will notify you and you will have three options moving forward. You can choose to place your product on back order and we will ship your products as soon as it is back in stock, or you may request a refund or exchange.

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that an item is damaged or missing, please notify us via email within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product. If damage is deemed to be caused by shipping Lashforever Canada is not responsible and is not required to issue a refund, exchange or replacement. If it is deemed that the product damage is the fault of Lashforever Canada, Lashforever Canada reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. No return will be accepted without prior authorization via email from customer service. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes. In all cases the damaged merchandise must be returned along with original packing materials.
 

Merchandise exchange or returns

Lashforever Canada must be notified by email within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product to grant an exchange. Used products are non-refundable.Orders over seven (7) days old are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once your order has been inspected, you will be refunded for the returned items on the same payment method you had made your purchase with. In all cases the merchandise must be returned along with original packing materials.

Important notice: When mailing your returns to Lashforever Canada please ensure to include your name, business name, email address, contact number, order number and reason for return.

Cancellations

All orders can be canceled without penalty within 1-3 hours of the purchase time. Cancellations must be emailed to orders@lashforevercanada.com. Please include your name and order number. If an order is cancelled after the grace period a 25% restocking fee applies. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled or retrieved.

No credits, refunds or exchanges available on sale and “Almost Perfect” items.
