Will this course be enough to send me into the working world?
Yes. Microblading is one of our most lucrative services. Completing just one client per day can have a profit of up to $500, which most people can have as their only type of income and be comfortable. You will practice on two live models with us. Then you need to complete two more models and have their pictures approved before receiving your certification. Once you graduate you can begin offering the service. Initially, most recent graduates offer the service at 50% while they improve their technique. When you feel confident, you can begin to increase your pricing.
Do I need any previous qualifications to take this course?
Absolutely not! Anyone can take this course. You need to be willing and ready to learn, and, of course, to work hard. This course will provide you with a certificate that will allow you to practice semi-permanent make-up and will set you up with the foundation to build a successful career.
How much money will I make as a Microblading make-up artist?
Many technicians charge $350-$500 per session and do two services per day. You can complete four services per day if your schedule was completely booked. Depending on your lifestyle, and the amount of time you want to spend working, this career can offer a financially rewarding lifestyle.
Do I have to have a natural talent for this career or is it something that can be taught?
Having a natural talent for anything you do is always a bonus. That being said, don’t underestimate what you can achieve from listening, learning, and practicing. We have had several students enroll afraid of semi-permanent makeup and upon completion become our best and most successful graduates. You can accomplish what you put your mind and effort to.

    Shiren has over seven years of experience in the beauty industry! Her extensive knowledge in many areas of permanent makeup and sweet personality allow her continually provide her students with the best knowledge to get them started in their careers. Not only does Shiren teach alongside Lauren in the PMU Brow Artistry, Microblading, Scalp Pigmentation, and PMU Master Class, but she is a YorkU & teachers college graduate, as well as a Registered Practical Nurse, Skincare & Cosmetic Injectable Specialist, making her a great educator. She is always advancing and upgrading her skills in the beauty industry to stay up to date on the latest techniques and trends.

Okay. First off. What you pay is what you get. I attended a “popular” 2 day microblading training with another individual, i left with nothing other than a chinese pen that was included in the kit. I did more research on reputable schools after i learned my lesson the first time! Online Training

This option allows you to progress as your own pace. A trainer is available to answer your questions via Zoom, Facetime, phone or email. After taking the course, students submit pictures of models that they have completed for grading. Once the student demonstrates proficiency, a certificate is printed and sent.

OPT Training

OPT is an acronym for Online and Personal Training. This option offers Online Learning for the theory, then In-Class Personal Training. In-Class includes a review of the theory material, a live demonstration by a trainer, and then the opportunity to practice under the supervision of a trainer. After taking the course, students submit pictures of models that they have completed for grading. Once the student demonstrates proficiency, a certificate is printed and sent.

In-Class Training

The option is the traditional approach to training. Students receive the theory ahead of time, it is reviewed thoroughly by the trainer, the trainer demonstrates the technique, students practice under the supervision of a trainer. After taking the course, students submit pictures of two to four models that they have completed for grading. Once the student demonstrates proficiency, a certificate is printed and sent.
