The Nano needle paired with our method and technique of implanting pigment with the Artliner™ machine into the brow area provides a much more precise process. The very tip of the needle is dipped into the pigment and the vibration pulls the pigment into the cartridge. It is then dispensed gradually down the finest needle in the industry and into the skin to create the finest hair strokes. It is preferred for Nano Brow students to dress in black attire as we will be working with pigments. Please bring unscented baby wipes, a lead pencil and notepad.
In Class Machines/Pigments: Students will have access to in-class Artliner™ machines, as well as the pigment collection which will be used during training. Students may purchase their machine package prior to class and use their own machine. Additional pigments are sold separately.
It is the sole responsibility of the registered student to find 2 required models to complete the Nano Brow Pigmentation Beginner Course. If you are unable to find a model we will need one week in advance to arrange 1 model for you. Students located in the Greater Toronto Area that require Lashforever Canada to provide models will be subject to a $100.00 model fee. If you are located outside of the Greater Toronto Area and you are attending class at our Toronto facility, Lashforever Canada will provide you 1 model if you are unable to find them. If a model that the student arranged does not show up, it is the sole responsibility of the student to find an alternative or be subject to a model fee of $100.00+tax to have Lashforever Canada arrange a model on short notice.
It is the sole responsibility of the registered Tour student to find 2 required models to complete the Nano Brow Pigmentation Beginner Course. Lashforever Canada does not provide models for Tour Dates. If a model does not show up due to unforseen circumstances, it is the students responsibility to complete the models required in class at a later time outside of class, in addition to the 6 models required to complete their training.
Please advise your models that they will be required in class for an estimated 2-2.5 hours in order for the full application to be completed by a student. For Toronto classes, if a model that Lashforever Canada arranged does not show up due to unforseen circumstances we will provide an alternative option to complete your required models in class.
Students will receive their Nano Brow Pigmentation Certification once they have complete the required 6 models outside of class that are graded and approved. You may be required to complete additional models if necessary in order to have a total of 6 approved models.
Model submissions are to be sent to email@example.com and will be responded to within 10-15 business days due to the high volume of submissions we receive. Please note weekends are not considered business days. We appreciate your patience.
When submitting your model submissions, we request students to send one model submission at a time numbering each model. It is important that you send submissions you are confident in; as an example, send your top 2 out of 5 models that you have done. Always remember to refer back to your training booklet. Anything graded at 3.5 and lower is not considered a pass and will require a resubmission.

Training & Tour Disclaimers:
Deposits, Final Payments Refunds & Exchanges: Your paid class deposit is included in the course price, balance of the payment must be paid 2 (two) weeks prior to your date of training. You will be provided an online link to pay your remaining balance. Please note deposits and final payments are non-refundable and a $150 transfer fee will apply as well as the full course price to be paid in full in order to transfer course dates. There are no exchanges or refunds for products provided in class or in the kits received in class. Any additional products purchased after training can be returned within 14 days and must be in original state. A 25% restocking fee will be charged if items are returned with no reasoning. Lashforever Canada is not responsible for any additional costs endured for example the cost of items purchased by the student for training i.e. massage table, floor lamp etc.
Weather: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, etc. and your tour date cannot operate as published, we will provide an alternative and if the student declines, there will be no compensation, refunds or transfers. Students should be aware of the weather conditions leading up to their tour date and make necessary arrangements to ensure they can attend the class. Lashforever Canada is not responsible for arranging accommodations for students and will not be held responsible if the student is unable to attend the class due to weather conditions.
Tour Refunds: In the event your class tour date is cancelled due to insufficient seat quotas, Lashforever Canada will provide you with 2 (two) weeks notice and your deposit will be refunded. If your class tour date is cancelled without notice due to unforeseen circumstances, Lashforever Canada will reschedule your class to a future date at the discretion of Lashforever Canada. Lashforever Canada is not held responsible and will not issue a refund or transfer if the student is unable to attend the rescheduled class date. Lashforever Canada is not responsible for any additional costs endured for example the cost of items purchased by the student for training i.e. massage table, floor lamp etc.
Tour Models: In the event your tour date is cancelled, it is the student’s responsibility to reschedule their models and inform all parties of the cancelled tour date. Lashforever Canada is not responsible for arranging or rescheduling models for all tours.
Promotional/Discount Codes: In the event a student registers during a promotional event/class, they will receive a coupon code following the completion of their course date which is to be used online at shop.lashforevercanada.com. Please note: All coupon codes expire 1 month from the date of issue and will not be reissued if not used by the expiry date.
Machine Policies & Disclaimers:
Refunds/Exchanges: There are no refunds or exchanges on opened boxes, with the seal broken and/or used machines. Students have up to 14 days prior to their training date to receive a refund that is subject to a 25% restocking fee on machines purchased while placing training deposits. Students who purchased their machine after training, have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange or receive a refund that is subject to a 25% restocking fee on unopened and unused machines. All refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Damages/Malfunction Claims: Damaged machines are subject to inspection prior to contacting ArtLiner™/Beauty International. If the machine has exterior or cosmetic damages, it is at the discretion of Lashforever Canada to inspect the machine and/or replace the machine. Damaged machines may not be refunded or exchanged if there is noticable abuse or misuse of the machine. All machines purchased for class are subject to inspection prior to use to ensure that the machine and all of its parts are functioning properly. All damage claims are processed through Lashforever Canada on behalf of the student with ArtLiner™/Beauty International. Damage claims must be made immediately by the student receiving the machine in class and/or 24 hours from receiving the machine if it is shipped after class. All damage claims could take up to 72 hours to process. A replacement machine will be provided to the student upon inspection from a Lashforever Canada representative and the approval of the factory inspection of damaged machine. If the machine is not damaged, the student will be subject to a $150 inspection fee prior to receiving their machine back. Lashforever Canada will hold all inspected machines for up to 30 days from inspection date, if the machine is not claimed by the end of the duration of 30 days, the machine is therefore abandonded and property of Lashforever Canada.
Machine Warranty: Lashforever Canada is fully responsible for the local service point of electronic equipment delivered from ArtLiner™/Beauty International on the market of distribution covered by their Agreement. ArtLiner™/Beauty International gives 24 months of warranty for electronics and will provide all spare parts for service repair in case of any technical problems with devices. ArtLiner™/Beauty International declares no limited warranty on spare parts for electronic equipment on condition that the broken parts will be returned by Lashforever Canada to ArtLiner™/Beauty International. Returns of all broken parts can be done once a quarter of the year (4 times a year). ArtLiner™/Beauty International declares full technical support to solve all potential technical problems with all machines delivered to the market of distribution covered by the Agreement with Lashforever Canada and warranty conditions. Students are responsible to register their devices on www.myartliner.com to extend standard warranty of producer from 12 months per extra 12 months to get 24 months in total.
